The homeowners, like many others, loved their home, location, neighbors, and schools. Each had developed different needs that their home was no longer providing for them. These needs were met with a unique design that involved both ends of their home. For the wife, this remodeling project involved a kitchen remodel and kitchen addition on one end. For the husband, a study was added at the other end.

The stunningly large kitchen included in this remodel contains many products and features that would be any cook's dream come true. Large skylights over a multi-level island, white cabinetry, solid surface and granite countertops, cathedral ceiling, stainless-steel institutional appliances, multiple sinks, and large windows with a view to the rear yard and patio are just some of the many elements that make this kitchen a must-see.

The first floor study that was added to the other end of the home provides a quiet retreat off of the existing family room, but within easy proximity through a beautiful pair of French doors. This study offers a large window to provide natural light for working and reading.
